Lance Corporal Gareth Trott Best Musical Director with Staines Brass
Brass Band Conductor leads the way
The brass band season is in full swing with British Army Musicians making successful contributions to bands they play with in their spare time. Lance Corporal Gareth Trott (pictured with trophy) (Band of the Welsh Guards) won Best Musical Director with Staines Brass in the Second Section. Gareth has also been accepted onto British Army Music’s Bandmaster Course. Staines Brass reach the National Finals in York for the first time in 21 years.
